We do not investigate, represent or endorse the accuracy, legality, legitimacy, validity or reliability of any products, services, deals, coupons or other promotions ("Promotions") or Materials contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from the AllTheSales Site.

To enter and automatically receive one (1) entry into the prize draw, individuals must visit any of the following websites: www.fashion.com.au; www.allthesales.com.au; cosmetics.com.au; follow the prompts to the competition entry page, complete the registration form, agreeing to receive marketing communications from Jack Media Pty Ltd, submit the fully completed entry form and confirm their email address, during the Promotional Period (01/03/2014 – 20/02/2015).

Eligible Entrants that complete the registration form will be deemed Active Subscribers. Eligible Entrants must continue to be Active Subscribers and must not Unsubscribe during the Promotion Period in order remain as an Eligible Entrant. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, who have an Internet connection and a website browser capable of accepting cookies or other devices used by the Promoter to track entries, and who have a valid email address.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Entrants may receive email communications from Jack Media Pty Ltd. These messages will always appear to come from Jack Media Pty Ltd and are considered to include the following:

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value is AU$1000.00
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and can only be taken as cash if the winner selects the AU$1000.00 cash prize.
A draw for the prize if unclaimed may take place on 30/05/15 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified by email on the 30/05/15 and have their name published on www.fashion.com.au; www.allthesales.com.au; www.cosmetics.com.au by 5:00pm AEST.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional websites is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) redemption/use of the prize; or (f) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter via the related websites. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
Jack Media Pty Ltd is not responsible for the terms and conditions of any of the affiliated websites or partner offers on our website. Will Jack Media Pty Ltd release my personal information to third parties?
